About Park Family Connections

Park Family Connections (PFC) was developed out of Colorado House Bill 1451.  PFC is a group of caring individuals who want to help children and families in Park County become stronger, happier, and at peace by coordinating care.

Our Mission

To give families with children a healthy, stable environment by connecting community resources and coordinating care.
